We stand behind EMOS with a placements-or-refund guarantee:
A "verified media placement" means a published article, interview, or feature in a recognized outlet that names you as a source or subject, obtained using the EMOS system during your cohort.
To qualify for the guarantee, you must:
Refund claims that cannot demonstrate genuine participation and outreach effort will not qualify.
Email sia[@]syedirfanajmal[dot]com from the email address used at checkout. Include your order number and a brief summary of outreach activity completed. We review refund requests within 5 business days and confirm by email.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor (2Checkout / Verifone, Wise, Payoneer, or ElevatePay, depending on how you paid). Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
Refund requests submitted after the applicable guarantee window (60 or 90 days post-cohort) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We are not obligated to issue refunds outside this window.
